The Xbox LIVE Arcade House Party, which is a bit like the Xbox LIVE Summer of Arcade only in the Spring has had its full games release schedule revealed earlier today with prices and bonus information (i.e what you get free for buying a few games)!

Warp will arrive first on February 15th for 800 MS Points
Alan Wake’s American Nightmare will arrive on February 22nd for 1200 MS Points
Nexuiz releases on February 29th for 800 MS Points
I Am Alive will end the House Party on March 7th for 1200 MS Points

If you purchase all four games between February 15th and March 13th you will receive a Bonus 800 MS Points back into your Xbox LIVE Account – so it’s a 4 games for the price of three offer, only you need to wait for a refund.
