As you know by now, the next instalment to the Assassin’s Creed series is headed to Victorian London, and today Ubisoft announced that their next title will also receive an art book, new novel, figurines and replica weapons.
The hardback 192 page art book is published by Titan collecting together never-before-seen concept work, sketches and renders, and includes notes from the artists themselves.
Oliver Bowden once again returns to pen his eighth Assassin’s Creed novel. Underworld releases in the UK November 5 and is set in 1862 during the height of the Industrial Revolution
The world’s first underground railway is under construction. When a body is discovered at the dig, it sparks the beginning of the latest deadly chapter in the centuries-old battle between the Assassins and Templars. Deep undercover is an Assassin with dark secrets and a mission to defeat the Templar stranglehold on the nation’s capital. Soon the Brotherhood will know him as Henry Green, mentor to Jacob and Evie Frye. For now, he is simply The Ghost.
For me, the most exciting part of Ubisoft’s announcement is these two awesome looking figurines, which combine to make a pretty sweet diorama – “The Wise and Wild Twins” – the limited-run Jacob and Evie Frye figurines can be ordered directly from the Uplay shop.
And for weapon fans, there’s two life-size replicas of Jacob’s signature weapons up for pre-order, with a release date of October.
