Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed Unity will now be released on November 11th in the US and on November 13th across Europe. Claiming that the two extra weeks will help ensure the quality of the game meets fans’ expectations by release.

Vincent Pontbriand, senior producer at Ubisoft:

As we got close to the finish, we realized we were near the target but still needed a bit more time to hone some of the details to make sure Assassin’s Creed Unity is exceptional. We sincerely appreciate players’ commitment to the game and their patience. It’s just a couple more weeks. And it’s going to be worth it.

The US release date for Assassin’s Creed Rogue remains unchanged as November 11th, but in EMEA territories, Assassin’s Creed Rogue will now release November 13th, alongside Assassin’s Creed Unity.
