The first of the two expansions due to hit Dark Souls 3 is Ashes of Ariandel and it’s due out on 25th October.
The official PlayStation Twitter account teased the DLC earlier before being removed, however, Shacknews were able to grab a screenshot. The tweet teased a trailer, but it was still set to private on YouTube.
Meanwhile, a Japanese blog, Hachima, had some additional information gleaned from the latest issue of Famitsu, saying that the expansion will contain new weapons, magic, and a PvP-exclusive map called Immortal Competition. This was translated by Siliconera.
