Devil May Cry HD Collection Out Now

Xbox 360

Capcom’s, Devil May Cry HD Collection is now available to buy for the Xbox 360 and brings the first three original Devil May Cry titles: Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 2, and Devil May Cry 3: Dante’s Awakening Special Edition together in one high definition package for the first time ever.

Featuring Dante, one of the most iconic video game characters of the last decade, Devil May Cry HD Collection is full of the award-winning gameplay and style that the series has become known for, with the addition of stunning HD graphics, support for Achievements and a bonus content vault that provides the player with exclusive artwork.

Here’s a review round-up for the collection from some recommended websites:

PopBucket: “Despite the graphical update not being much to shout about, all in all this is a superb package for DMC veterans and newcomers alike. With three games that are still great fun to play and new content too, this is one HD collection is definitely worth buying.” 8/10

ThisIsMyJoystick: “DMC HD Collection is a well-upgraded, fun-to-play, long-life package, and the best thing Capcom have released so far, this year.” Buy It

MSXBOX-World: “Devil May Cry HD Collection offers good value as there are three games which commanded top dollar when they originally released, so there’s no question over the longevity or value for money here. In this regard the collection comes highly recommended as a solid purchase despite some dated visuals and gameplay elements.” 7/10

BeefJack: “You can’t help but feel you’re being slightly deceived, as if you’re being taken for a ride by an incomplete product. Everything you could ever want from Dante’s first three outings is included, but more care and attention should have been put towards offering a stellar S rank remastering, rather than the unsatisfactory C on offer.” 7/10

NextGenGamingBlog: ” Devil May Cry HD Collection is a more than worthy purchase. For newcomers, if you can overcome a few niggles, this touched up re-release is a fantastic introduction to one of the most iconic series in gaming.” 8.5/10
