Microsoft is said to be “working toward improvements” to community moderation on Xbox Live, that will allow for more robust automated moderation tools, that will auto-mute repeat offenders without any human level enforcement.
Speaking to The Verge, a Microsoft Spokesperson quoted:
“We have several plans for both near- and long-term product and service enhancements that we have been working on …
…At this time, we don’t have anything to share publicly.”
The spokesperson went on to say that “bullying and harassment are not welcome on Xbox LIVE,” and that more can be done to create “a safer and supportive play environment.”
