New WP7 Xbox LIVE Games for 2012

Xbox 360

Microsoft’s own Windows Phone 7.5 Games Page on Xbox.com has been updated to list new games incoming for sometime during 2012. The exciting bunch of titles includes: Bullet Asylum, geoDefense Swarm, Tamagotchi & Age of Zombies. No exact release date information has been detailed, but expect them to drop over the course of the next few months.

Bullet Asylum – Do you like bullets? How about explosions? Are you tired of other games making you wait ENTIRE SECONDS before something blows up? Well so are we! BulletAsylum takes the “defend your cities against meteors” genre and brings it to the current generation of hardware, with insane amounts of bullets and enemies that fill the entire screen.

geoDefense Swarm – With 30 levels evenly spread across three degrees of difficulty, geoDefense Swarm threatens to consume every waking moment of gamers everywhere as the new game will tax both their reflexes and strategic thinking yet again.

Tamagotchi – No specific details, but a good assumption that the WP7 version is a port of Tamagotchi by Namco for iPhone. The whole world is your playground in Tamagotchi: ‘Round the World! Interact with cute clouds, playful plants and gleeful geysers to raise the ultimate pet: An entire planet! Keep your Tamagotchi well-fed with fresh fruit and tickle them until they fall down laughing! Play with the environmental creatures called Gaiatchi and earn Stars to buy Tamagotchi stamps for your virtual stampbook! Eat, dance, play and even poop your way to a happier and healthier planet!

Age of Zombies – Where the wisecracking hero Barry Steakfries employs the use of time portals to stop the evil zombie scheme of Professor Brains. Using a huge pile of weapons and explosives, Steakfries is the real deal for blood-splattering needs.

Pricing and release date information in due course.
