SKYRIM Receiving a Free Kinect Support Upgrade

Xbox 360

Bethesda has announced that Kinect support is coming to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim later this month for free – yes, FREE!

Available a title update, Skyrim Kinect Support will feature more than 200 Voice Commands… including the game’s dragon shouts, Hotkey Equipping, Follower Commands, and all Menus (Items, Magic, Map, Barter, Container, Favorites, and Skills). With Voice Commands you can quickly create and load saves during gameplay to access menus and inventories.

Skyrim’s Kinect Support also adds new functionality including special map functions, additional hotkey options, and the ability to sort inventory items by name, weight, and value.

Kinect i snot a controller but a glorified mic. You pay console money for the kinect just to be able to give voice commands. Why did they not integrate this with the head set which comes standards with the pro model?

    Bunch Blood Suckers I say.

  • That is a good point, I think voice integration could be implemented into any device that can hear you… Kinect Sensor is for the body tracking, but the Voice part they could detach I am sure of it if they wanted
