TiX Podcast: Fast and Furious

Welcome to the official This is Xbox Podcast.

Your hosts Greg Giddens and Neale Jarrett are here to take you on an audio journey of Xbox game impressions and opinions, bad jokes, Xbox news, worse jokes, guest interviews, really terrible jokes, and a fortnightly competitive challenge.

Beware of strong language, and awful, awful jokes.

In this episode the pair are joined by TiX Senior Editor Richard Berry, and spend 45 minutes entertaining you with a discussion about Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast and Furious, Forza Horizon 2, Dark Souls 2 Scholar of the First Sin, and Dying Light, as well as covering a little bit of news, making bad jokes, and of course the regular sections Challenge and Email Q&A.

We’re also running a competition for one lucky listener to win a Razer Kraken headset for Xbox One. Details on how to enter are in the podcast, where you’ll be given a password to access this page: http://www.thisisxbox.com/podcast-giveaway-razer-kraken-xbox-one-gaming-headset/

If you want to send us a question or topic for the Email Q&A section, or simply contact us, then shoot over an email to: podcast@thisisxbox.com

Green light as Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast and Furious races onto Xbox

ForzaHorizon2Fastandfurious

Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast and Furious, the standalone expansion we announced back in February launched today. The game, developed to promote the up and coming movie Fast and Furious 7 is completely standalone, meaning it introduces you into the beautiful world of Forza Horizon 2  but with a huge injection of Fast and Furious, without the need to own the original game.

The goal of the game is to acquire specific cars by taking part in a series of automotive challenges inspired by the Fast & Furious films. From the 900-hp 1970 Dodge Charger to an armored 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and more, each of the cars in the Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious standalone expansion is both stunningly accurate and amazingly fun to drive.

Whats more you have until April 10th to grab it for free, and there after you will have to pay £7.99 for the pleasure.

So grab the download now, start your engines and lets settle this over a quarter-mile.
