6v6 close quarters combat comes to Titanfall

Check out the latest Gameplay Trailer to come out of Respawn, introducing the new Live Fire game mode.

Live Fire is new 6v6 Pilot only mode, bringing competitive close quarters combat to Titanfall 2. Featuring two brand new maps specifically designed for the new mode, Stacks and Meadow bring fast paced, intense, tight quarters combat in a box.

Pilots get a new mode in Titanfall 2

Get ready Pilots, it seems Titanfall 2 has some plans for you. In the latest Frontier News update it’s been announced that there will be a new mode called Live Fire: a lightning fast 6v6 Pilot only mode that brings competitive, close quarter combat to the forefront.IMG_2039

A round-based best of 5 mode with no respawns, you will have one minute to eliminate the opposing team in order to win the round. You can also win the round if your team is holding the neutral flag when the round timer ends.

There will also be two brand new maps designed specifically for Live Fire: Stacks and Meadow. Playable only in the Live Fire playlist, these two maps are tight, enclosed death boxes designed specifically for the fast-paced, intense nature of the mode

The Titanfall 2 team have also be looking to refine the player interface. A brand new interface will be available for the next content drop on consoles with PC players getting a look before to allow for testing.
