The Game Awards have been a little goldmine of gaming snippets. Last night, Telltale Games announced that they’ve been working on an episodic series all about The Bat.
With only a working title at the moment, Batman will hit the Xbox One, digitally, some time in 2016.
Telltale’s CEO and Co-Founder Kevin Bruner announced;
At Telltale, we’ve been honoured to bring our unique approach to interactive storytelling to some of the biggest entertainment franchises in the world, and we’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be exploring what it means to be Batman in an all-new series starting next year. This iteration of Batman will give fans a first-hand opportunity to dive deeper into the complex life and mind of Bruce Wayne, the duality of his own identity and the struggle of responsibility in saving a city overcome with corruption and villainy.
Telltale will release the full announcement teaser that was shown on-stage at The Game Awards sometime this week, so look out for that as we’re sure to bring it you when it hits the internet officially.
Anyone excited yet?
