Ubisoft’s  CEO Yves Guillemot has revealed that ‘Far Cry 4’ will be releasing this November 21st in the UK and Europer, 18th November in the US. It was revealed in a Financial report given to Ubisoft Investors:

“The year’s performance will be led by five games – Assassin’s Creed Unity, Far Cry 4, Just Dance, The Crew and Watch Dogs,” Guillemot said. “Watch Dogs’ pre-orders are at record levels and it is perfectly positioned to become the industry’s most successful new IP in history.”

It will release for both Xbox One and Xbox 360. The Ubisoft Blog has released more information on the game’s location:

Taking a sharp turn away from the lush island jungles of the top-rated Far Cry 3, Far Cry 4 is set in Kyrat, an untamed region currently ruled by a despotic self-appointed king. But don’t be lulled into a false sense of security by the achingly beautiful views; Kyrat is a wild land full of perils. Once again, players will be able to craft their own stories as they travel through this exotic open world teeming with wildlife – using their wits along with an assortment of powerful weapons and diverse vehicles.

Gameplay from Far Cry 4 is set to be shown at their E3 briefing in June. Details on the special Limited Edition of Far Cry 4 has also been released as well:
